environment configured for Berkeley DB Concurrent Data Store
applications. It copies a pointer to a
< a class = "link" href = "txn.html" title = "Chapter > DB_TXN< / a > that uniquely identifies
the locker ID into the memory to which < span class = "bold" > < strong > tid< / strong > < / span > refers.
Calling the

discard the allocated locker ID.
