Scott Lystig Fritchie 6893d8af52 Re-introduce the 1-way partition generation scheme of olde, default=oneway_partitions ... This is a return to the old, possibly asymmetric/unidirectional network partition simulation scheme. PULSE testing so far for the symmetric/bidirectional partitioning scheme (via the "islands" approach) appears to be very stable, yay.
