Sears Russell b44f8b17b3 Add getCachedPage() call. This allows dirtyPageTable to write back pages with out accidentally reading them back in from disk with loadPage(). This should improve performance and allow loadPageOfType() to be used safely.

benchmarks cleaned up arrayList. stasis_record_write no longer takes an LSN (it was ignoring it anyway). Added some missing calls to stasis_page_lsn_write (each time a page is written to, stasis_page_lsn_write should be called; this happens automatically for operations called via tupdate 2009-06-02 18:25:35 +00:00
