Struct tokio_timer::Deadline [] [src]

#[must_use = "futures do nothing unless polled"]
pub struct Deadline<T> { /* fields omitted */ }

Allows a given Future to execute until the specified deadline.

If the inner future completes before the deadline is reached, then Deadline completes with that value. Otherwise, Deadline completes with a DeadlineError.

Methods

impl<T> Deadline<T>
[src]

[src]

Create a new Deadline that completes when future completes or when deadline is reached.

[src]

Gets a reference to the underlying future in this deadline.

[src]

Gets a mutable reference to the underlying future in this deadline.

[src]

Consumes this deadline, returning the underlying future.
